When you use Picrolls, we collect:

Photos: Images captured within the app, which are stored to process printing and ensure successful delivery.

3. Data Storage & Retention

Your personal details and photos are stored indefinitely unless you request deletion.

4. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services to operate the app:

Google Firebase (Firestore, Storage, and Authentication) – To store user data and authenticate accounts.

Stripe & Apple Pay – For payment processing.

Prodigi (Printing Provider) – For order fulfillment.

These providers handle data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
5. User Accounts & Authentication

Users sign up using Apple Sign-In, which provides us with your name and email.

6. Data Deletion Requests
If you want your data deleted, email us at support@picrolls.com, and we will process your request.
7. Children’s Privacy
Picrolls is rated 4+ on the App Store, but users must be able to make purchases. If a child under 13 signs up, we assume parental consent.
8. Legal Basis for Processing (UK GDPR)
We process your data under "contract necessity"—we need your information to fulfill your orders.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy and will notify users via in-app notification or email.
